As part of her multi-disciplinary art practice, Xinwei Che hosts workshops that respond to the socio-geological histories of places. She uses hands-on material processes as a means of facilitating communication, negotiation, support, and conflict resolution, as well as to create alternative archives of collective experiences. She has hosted workshops at: Evergreen Art Gallery, Gordon Smith Gallery, Richmond Art Gallery, Emily Carr University, North Vancouver School District, Fireweed Fields @The Belkin, Field School, and more.
